Wellbeing walk through the cherry blossoms for war widows, defence and veteran families
The everyday challenges of defence life — relocation, absence, grief, or caregiving — can quietly shape the lives of war widows and veteran families. On 22 August 2025, we invite you to join our free wellbeing walk through the Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival, designed to bring people together for connection, conversation and fresh air, brought to you by our Wellbeing Program.
Open to war widows, defence and veteran families of all ages and experiences, this walk is a space to unwind, share time with others, and take care of your wellbeing through gentle movement and social connection.
