War Widows NSW eNewsletter Update

Dear Members,

Daylight savings has finally arrived! Take advantage of the extra daylight hours by getting active in your garden or enjoying a walk. This edition of the newsletter features some wonderful spring gardening ideas, as well as some fantastic stories from our members about the various ways they are keeping in touch and staying connected.

Hopefully, you will be inspired by the article about one of our groups who thought outside of the box and connected with one another on their individual walks by phone!  It sounded like everyone had a lot of fun on the phone during their weekly walk and enjoyed telling each other about the things they saw along the way.

On page 4 of the newsletter, myself and fellow member Mary Alcock have included some photos of our spring gardens in bloom. Please send us photos of your own beautiful spring gardens as we would love to see them and share them with the other members in our next newsletter.

Take care and stay safe,
