Reconnect in nature: wellbeing walk for war widows, defence and veteran families
The everyday challenges of defence life — relocation, absence, grief, or caregiving — can quietly shape the lives of war widows and veteran families. On Friday 8 August 2025, we invite you to join our free wellbeing walk through the Ground to Sky 90 minute walk in Mulligan’s Falt, designed to bring people together for connection, conversation and fresh air.
Open to war widows, defence and veteran families of all ages and experiences, this walk is a space to unwind, share time with others, and take care of your wellbeing through gentle movement and social connection, brought to you by our Wellbeing Program.

War widows, defence and veteran families are invited to join us for the Ground to Sky 90 minute walk in Mulligan’s Falt, offering an opportunity to enjoy the panoramic views of the Sanctuary and the city while connecting with peers.
