Dear Member,
Happy New Year!
I hope that you were able to enjoy some time with family and friends over the holiday season. I am excited about what 2021 will bring us, this year we will be embracing our new constitution and walking forward together.
There is a lot of opportunity for us to grow this year as we begin to welcome new members. You will also see a lot of change within the organisation this year as Jill and her team realign what we do to ensure that we continue to meet your needs and those of the new members.
While we might have a little longer to go before life gets back to ‘normal’ we are all learning to live with COVID-19. We all know what we need to do to stay as safe as possible. I encourage you to keep watching the public health directions and following the advice of the NSW Government, including on mask wearing.
Sadly, the pandemic will impact ANZAC day once more. With no march this year, we are looking at other ways to commemorate this important day and will keep you informed as we get closer.
Finally, I wanted to remind you about the survey. This is your opportunity to ‘Have Your Say’ and share your views with us. I encourage, if you have not already, to complete the survey this week either online or in hard copy and return it in the reply-paid envelope you received just prior to Christmas.
Click here to view the January edition of the newsletter and as always, take care and stay safe.
