Following on-the-job training, you will assist the Program Manager by:
- Coordinating the administration and delivery of social and wellbeing activities.
- Supporting, guiding, and empowering volunteers to deliver peer support services.
- Providing reflective support and supervision-style guidance to volunteers within their roles.
- Coordinating and attending community engagement and outreach activities to promote the work of the organisation.

- Performing other reasonable duties as directed.
This position is suited to a qualified and emotionally mature Social Worker who is seeking a varied role that blends program and volunteer support, community engagement and some 1:1 casework.
The position may be based in Chatswood, NSW, and is offered as a hybrid role with a mix of work from home and office. As the Guild delivers services across NSW and the ACT, you may occasionally be required to travel. Some out-of-hours or weekend work may also be required.
