Lieutenant General Susan Coyle AM CSC DSM

LTGEN Coyle initially joined as an Army Reservist in 1987 before attending the Australian Defence Force Academy in 1989. She graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon into the Royal Australian Corps of Signals in 1992. She has commanded at every rank, including Task Group Afghanistan, 6th Brigade, Joint Task Force 633, and most recently Commander Forces Command. She has deployed on operations to the Middle East, East Timor, Solomon Islands and Afghanistan. Having served on the Board of Families of Veterans Guild, she brought to that role the same dedication, insight and commitment to those connected to service that has defined her distinguished career.
