When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the item at the listed price. We’ll send you an email acknowledging that we’ve received your order. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your offer — a contract is formed between us only when we dispatch the item to you.

Before dispatch, we may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there has been an obvious error in the listed price or description, or if we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. If we decline or cancel your order, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund an order in full if it hasn’t yet been dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched, the returns section below applies.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices shown include GST.

Delivery costs are additional and are calculated at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where there is a major failure, you can choose between a refund, a replacement, or keeping the item and asking us for compensation for the drop in its value. Where the failure is minor, we may choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund you.

These rights are not limited to any fixed period. They last for as long as is reasonable given the nature of the item, its price, and anything we’ve told you about it.

To make a claim, contact us using the details above with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs are helpful but not essential. We will cover the cost of returning the item to us where a return is needed.

Our items are sold to raise funds supporting war widows and the families of veterans. We take care to describe and photograph items accurately, though colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, available at https://familiesofveterans.org.au/privacy-statement/. We collect your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on our website at the time you place it.
